Mimi's Modern Buttered Biscuits


3/4 Cup Milk
2 Cups Bisquick
3 Tbs Sugar
1 Pkg Yeast
2Tbs Melted Butter



Mix first four ingredients together until everything's incorporated evenly.

Put in microwave on low setting for 1 minute in a bowl covered with wax paper. 

Remove and work dough to 1.5" thickness. Cut biscuit rounds with a small biscuit cutter.

Bake at 375˚ until done.

Brush the tops with melted butter.
