Field + Supply operates on a marketplace model which means that each of the brands or "sellers" represented on our site are responsible for their own product orders, shipping and return / exchange policies. 

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY'S

Your order may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on sellers policies. Each seller on Field + Supply is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Policies vary from shop to shop. Sellers aren’t required to accept a return or exchange unless stated in their policies.   Before purchasing, please review the seller's returns & exchanges policy. The return & exchange policy is listed on each prodcut page.  Specific questions about a shop’s policies are best answered by the seller. REQUESTING A RETURN / EXCHANGE

Please contact the seller of the item you purchased to request a return or exchange.  You can contact the seller on the product page or seller brand page by clicking the "CONTACT SELLER" button.  Please include your order number if contacting a seller on their brand page. You will receive an email from F+S when the seller responds.  For any other questions, please contact F+S at info@fieldandsupply.com
