Your order may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on Sellers policies. Each seller on Field + Supply is responsible for their own policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and returns. Policies vary from shop to shop. Sellers aren’t required to accept a return or exchange unless stated in their store policies.
Before purchasing, review the shop’s returns & exchanges policy. Visit the sellers store page then click on the policy tab to see their return/exchange policy. You can access sellers pages by clicking on the seller logo above the item name on an individual item page. You can also access a brand store page by searching searching our BRANDS page.
Specific questions about a shop’s policies are best answered by the seller. You can contact the seller on their seller store page by clicking the "CONTACT US" button.
If you have an F+S Account, you can view your order history HERE. If the seller of the item you purchased is willing to accept a return or exchange , you can contact the seller directly from your order history. Click the order number then select "Contact Seller". You will be prompted to select the product you would like to return or exchange and send a message. Alternatively, you can contact the seller on the sellers brand page by clicking the "CONTACT US" button. Please include your order number if contacting a seller on their brand page.
