This next drink is a good Fall sipper, it’s a twist on the classic Sidecar.
1.75 ounces Lairds 7.5 yr. Apple Brandy
.25 ounce Maple Syrup (3:1)
.5 ounce Fresh Squeezed Lemon
.5 ounce Cointreau
Makes 1 serving
Add all the ingredients to a mixing tin with a lot of ice.
Shake until very cold (20 sec. or so)
Strain into a stemmed glass
For the Maple Syrup:Add 1 part filtered water to 3 parts Maple Syrup, stir until fully incorporated. Store in the fridge.
