For the last twenty years, Christian has been producing hand woven kilims, carpets, and cushions by working exclusively with cottage weavers in Turkey. His production focuses on traditional methods and materials used in the region for centuries. Wool dyed with vegetation is then woven on upright tapestry looms to create lasting heirloom pieces. This show he’ll be debuting many new items including pieces from his hand dyed canvas line.
