CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS ON-SITE?

Advance ticket purchasing is encouraged as there will be a limited number of tickets available each day. Special pricing is available at a $5 discount for tickets purchased by Thursday, October 8th. Tickets purchased Online & On-site will be $25 for a one-day pass, $35 for a two-day pass, and $45 for a three-day pass starting Friday, October 9th.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Yes, the whole family is welcome! Children under 12 get in free.

CAN I BRING MY DOG?

Yes, The event is dog-friendly and we encourage you to post using the hashtag #dogsoffieldandsupply.  You can see the full gallery HERE. Please note: The free shuttle buses do not accommodate dogs unless they are service animals.

SHUTTLE / WHERE DO I PARK?

Limited parking is available onsite. Carpooling is encouraged if attending with a group. Our parking attendants will be there to assist with onsite parking. Street parking and public parking may be available off-site as well.

Free shuttle service will also be available on Sat. 10/10 and Sun. 10/11 from 10 AM - 6:30 PM each day.

Check this space closer to the event for additional information on shuttle bus pick-up locations.

*Shuttles do not accommodate dogs unless they are service animals.
**Note: F+S does not manage or monitor any off-site parking.

WHAT IS THE WEATHER POLICY?

Our event will happen "rain or shine" with no refunds; however, a large portion of the event is under an open-air pavilion. The other parts of our event are made up of multiple smaller tents spread throughout the venue. If lightning is observed close to the venue, certain parts of the market may be inaccessible and admission to the MRKT may be paused temporarily.

CAN I STAY ON-SITE?

Yes! Hutton Brickyards Hotel Riverfront Hotel + Venue is a 43-room riverside escape offering stays at both luxury riverfront cabins and a restored hilltop mansion. The property features two seasonal restaurants and bars, a riverfront spa, and hiking with uninterrupted waterfront vistas. For Fall MRKT, Hutton Brickyards is offering a full weekend experience - more details available at the link below.

Hutton Brickyards offers ADA-compliant accommodations and accessible public areas. Due to the historic and natural landscape setting, some outdoor areas feature gravel or uneven terrain. Our team is happy to assist with accessibility needs to ensure a comfortable stay on property.

CAN TICKETS BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED?

Yes. You can exchange your ticket for a different date. Note that single day passes are interchangeable at the gate for any other single-day entrance. You do not need to contact us in advance to exchange your ticket. Please submit any refund requests for tickets that will not be used to info@fieldandsupply.com before 5 PM ET on Thursday, October 8th. We are unable to refund tickets on-site at the event.

CAN I APPLY TO SELL AT F+S?

F+S carefully curates vendors for our various events through an invitation process.  While we do not accept applications, we always love to learn about new brands. Please visit the Selling with F+S page to learn more and submit your brand for future consideration

WILL I BE PHOTOGRAPHED AT FIELD + SUPPLY?

Field+Supply photographs all of our events. By purchasing admission to Field+Supply you hereby grant management and its employees, agents and assignees, the absolute and irrevocable right and permission to photograph, film, reproduce, portray and/or otherwise exploit my voice, appearance, photograph, image and/or likeness (collectively, “Likeness”) of me at Field+Supply, and to use the results and proceeds, without limitation, in materials produced by Management in any and all media, in perpetuity. You hereby waive any claim to compensation for use of such likeness. You agree that Management owns the images and all rights related to them. The images may be used by Management in any manner or media without notifying me, such as the Field+Supply website, publications, promotions, advertisements and posters for advertising or other related purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished images or any printed or electronic matter that may be used with them.To the extent that you a parent or guardian of a minor or minors who will be attending Field+Supply with you, you hereby expressly approve and consent to this Visual/Audio/Image Release and waive all obligations and rights which you may have in connection therewith. Join us for a special screening of Farm to Fashion, a 23-minute documentary exploring the revival of New York's regional fiber and textile economy. The film follows the journey from farm to finished garment, highlighting the people working to reconnect agriculture, manufacturing, and design.

Following the screening, Susan Easton of the New York Fashion Innovation Center (NYFIC) will moderate a conversation with Eric De Feo (Made X Hudson), Karen Oddo (Graze), Laura Foos (Uqnatu), and Paige Tomfohrde (New York Fiber Farmer). Together, they'll discuss what it takes to build a traceable, locally made textile supply chain and how regional collaboration is creating new opportunities for farmers, designers, makers, and consumers alike.
