Kirsten Muenster Jewelry creates one-of-a-kind, and limited-edition luxury jewelry with ethically sourced metals, handmade chain, unique stones, and beads. Kirsten’s intuitive designs explore the symbiotic relationships and curiosities of the natural world. She has an appreciation for the unusual and unexpected, creating pieces that blur the line between ornament and sculpture. All jewelry is designed and made by hand in San Francisco.
ORDER PROCESS: Once you place your order and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email. Most items will be shipped within one week of purchase, however, some designs are one of a kind and handmade to order. They will require more time for fabrication and usually ship within two to three weeks. If there is a date you are targeting, please email me! I will make every attempt to accommodate your request. I encourage you to allow plenty of lead-time. Once I ship your order, you will receive another confirmation email with tracking information. SHIPPING POLICY: We offer FREE US SHIPPING via USPS Priority Mail which delivers within three business days or less. More remote locations may take extra time. Need it sooner? If it's not quite right, let us know and we'll do our best to help you find the perfect piece. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, you must email us within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. Items can not be returned or exchanged after 10 days from the receipt of the original order. RETURNS - We accept returns within 10 days of the receipt of the original order. To return an item, you must contact us. We will get back to you with instructions and our return address. Items must be received back to us within the 10-day window, so please keep that in mind when choosing a shipping method (USPS Priority or Express Mail is recommended). The customer is responsible for safe and insured return shipping. Kirsten Muenster Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once your return has been accepted and processed, you'll receive a full refund minus the original shipping charge (if applicable).
