Olde York Farm
Olde York farm is a woman-owned and family operated distillery and cooperage located along the Claverack Creek. Grain and fruit used for distillation are grown right here in the Hudson Valley to make limited releases of micro batch spirits. Our distillery is part of the historic Jacob Rutsen van Rensselaer House & Mill complex. Rensselaer also had his own distillery and cooperage circa 1805. Today our distillery and cooperage resides in Rensselaer's former carriage house. Our handmade barrels, made on site, are used to age our bourbon, whiskey, and brandy. On weekends our tasting room is serving cocktails, local beer, wine, and cider. Tours of the distillery and cooperage are also available on weekends.
Our distillery & cooperage is located just 10 minutes away from Warren Street in Hudson, NY. We are also close to the Taconic Parkway, 30 minutes from Great Barrington, and 15 minutes from Catamount Ski Area.
