Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays) and are usually fulfilled within 2 business days from the time of purchase.

U.S. SHIPPING

J. M.GENERALS primarily uses USPS

We cannot accept PO Boxes for delivery.

Please confirm the billing and shipping address when placing an order, we are not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses and we are unable to reroute packages.

In the cases where you receive an item that is faulty and damaged in shipping please notify us ASAP via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
USPS Priority International Shipping.

TRACKING
You will receive an email confirmation after an order has been placed. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your package.

Returns & Exchanges
We are sure you will love our J. M. GENERALS products. However if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept exchanges within 3 days of you receiving your purchase.

The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

At this time we do not offer refunds on our custom-made to-order products.

All sales items are final sales.

J.M. GENERALS will not refund international duties or taxes, and we are not responsible for shipping charges, damages or losses on exchanges or returned goods.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds on any custom orders.
