To initiate a return please request a return authorization. Items must be shipped back within 10 days of order purchase. For full refunds of full-priced merchandise (minus shipping costs), items must be received by Covet + Lou within 14 days of the purchase date. All discounted items are final sale. All apothecary, intimates, hosiery, pantry, vintage, are final sale. UPS Ground Shipping $10, Free Shipping for orders over $250. Shipping to Canada is $35. If a package is an undeliverable or marked return to sender, a $10 shipping fee will be charged to re-ship the package.
