This is our second year as the exclusive recipient of cacao from the Jagassar Estate in Moruga, Trinidad. This year we were able to buy four bags of cacao, one more than last year, and it all went into making this unique two-ingredient chocolate. With such a limited supply of cacao from this origin, extra care went into the making of this batch of chocolate. The flavors are deep, dark, and rich with notes of fudge, brazil nut, toast, and dark fruits.

Storage: keep in a dry and cool place, max 18°C (64°F). Taste at room temperature.
