PRODUCT

All pieces are individually handmade and idiosyncratic. All glazes are food and dishwasher-safe unless otherwise noted. We do not recommend putting the ceramic pieces into the microwave or oven.

DELIVERY

We're offering free contactless porch delivery for orders $100+ in and around the Catskills, Kingston, and Hudson. Please reach out through the Field+ Supply message center to coordinate.

SHIPPING

All orders ship out on Fridays and Mondays*

* If a Holiday falls on a Friday/Monday, the order will ship the following week.

All ceramic items ship double packaged. Each item will be packed in its own box and added to a padded shipping box for safe transport. In the event that the item arrives damaged please notify us immediately upon arrival to resolve it.

DOMESTIC

All items ship from Catskill, New York via USPS Priority Mail, unless other arrangements are requested.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders placed outside of the United States may be subjected to customs and duty fees assessed by your government. We are not responsible for these charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are unable to offer refunds, only exchanges are acceptable due to the limitations of this small business. Unused items (original condition) may be returned within 14 days from receipt of goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

When you purchase anything from Arc Ceramics you agree to hold Arc Ceramics harmless from any loss, damage, or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased.
