I make my Indigo Blankets using a traditional method of weaving two narrower pieces that are joined together to create a full width blanket. Half indigo, half charcoal with a center band of black. Minding the details, the center seams are double stitched by hand and the hems are finished with a simple blanket stitch. Using an Egyptian cotton woven with a Maine wool gives these blankets wonderful breathability and an almost silky feel and drape. Approx. 56 x 76 inches.
Gently hand wash in cool water. Do not wring. Roll up in towels to absorb excess water and then hang dry. Steam press on wool setting. Dry clean optional.
