This recipe is an adaptation of our classic Salsa de Corazón. We used a chile guajillo from a farm in Mexico that has an earthier flavor than our usual sweeter chile. This salsa is low spice and delicious on eggs, in tacos, and in broth. Children love our low spice salsa because they can enjoy it without the burn!

Chile guajillo is a sweeter chile with mild heat, used often because of its flavor rather than spice.  

• Ingredients: Tomatoes, lime juice, chile, garlic, salt
• 9 oz.
