Lead times are generally about 4-6 weeks depending on the quantity of the order.

Taylor Ceramics will accept returns up to 5 days after delivery for a full refund minus the shipping fees. The cost of shipping the item(s) is the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are issued as soon as items are received. They must be packed in the exact material and manner in which they were initially shipped. Refunds will not be given if the item is returned as damaged due to poor packaging. (insurance is also highly suggested)

If an item is damaged please be sure to take a picture of the breakage and I will send a replacement.
