In Mark's Kitchen Dandelion Greens Superfood Pesto

Who knew that common dandelion greens could be so healthy and taste so good?  Known for its many medicinal properties, dandelions are also deliciously edible. This pesto is made using farm fresh grown dandelions, and arugula, combined with the finest Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, pine nuts, and cold-pressed olive oil. You'd be hard-pressed to find a better-tasting pesto anywhere. 

In Mark's Kitchen Pesto is made in upstate New York, out of the culinary kitchens of Mark Goldfarb. Once only available to his friends on special occasions, Mark was overwhelmed with requests for his popular pestos and decided to launch this boutique brand.  Mark believes good fresh food is often the center of community and connection.
