Extra dense Caramel Alpaca hide.

We're lucky to come into a small batch of Alpaca hides each year, directly sourced from domestic farms. Raised with care for their fur to be spun into yarn, the animals have lived the duration of their natural lives, making for a semi-rare and precious American resource. It is as close to a sustainable fur as we have found.

Super warm, without being scratchy, these Alpaca hides are perfect for use as bedside floor coverings, or as an added warm layer on the sofa.

• Measures 38"l x 30"w at widest points.
• A single, continuous hide with unbacked, natural suede underside.
• 3-4" long fibres, extra dense coat.
• No lanolin, will not felt. Vaccuum, shake out, and brush to refresh the hide.
