You will be surprised by the aromatic intensity of this chocolate, especially by the quick passage from the chocolate flavor to the orange zest which creates a really balanced continuum. There is no use of any orange oil, only zest which constitutes the most aromatic part of the orange peel. The zest is produced with Sicilian oranges only by removing the skin by hand, then dried at 30°C for 36/40 hours. The zest, reduced to little pieces and mixed with dark chocolate, explodes in your mouth, leaves space to the chocolate, comes back bringing new freshness; a true excitement of the senses. A classic flavor enriched by the cold processing that certainly will not disappoint you.
Ingredients: Not roasted cacao Criollo beans paste*, concentrated coconut flower sap*, dried orange zest* (3%) (cocoa solids: 77% minimum). May contain almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts. *Organic, Vegan.
Storage: keep in a dry and cool place, max 18°C (64°F). Taste at room temperature.
