Coffee activities are coming back to FEILD+SUPPLY for a second year in a row!! Let’s taste how different coffees are due to location, varietal, and environmental changes. Taste one, taste them all, it’s up to you. If you’d like, buy a bag of beans to enjoy at home with your loved ones. Pipe and Tabor Roasting is a continuation of more than twenty years focused on the exploration of possible flavor held within high quality coffee. Stephen Rogers started his one person business to showcase the art of roasting and does 7lb batches on a 1953 BARTH 3.5k Novo Cito cast iron tabletop drum coffee roaster, with an interactive approach that requires a sensory evaluation of each coffee that is roasted. Dynamic acidity that is integrated into sweetness, centered in texture and refined to linger long past the end of the cup; these are the desired complexities. The hope is to lead and encourage coffee to a point of expression that showcases the terroir and variety of coffee grown in remote villages in the highlands worldwide. From all around the world, to brew brewed just for you, let’s celebrate the range of flavor in our morning routines! Bring your discerning palate, open mind, or just a need for caffeine, and we’ll talk about all things coffee.
