Returns and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for up to 7 days after items are received. Sale, special and personalized orders cannot be returned and are final sales.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer.
